Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes issues may arise with a purchase. Please review our policies below:
- Personal Care Products (Lotions, Soaps, Bath Bombs, Lip Balms)
Due to health and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on personal care products. However, we will offer an exchange if:- The item is returned in the same condition as originally purchased.
- There is proof of no tampering, meaning the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The exchange request is made within 7 days of purchase (for in-store purchases) or 7 days of delivery (for online orders).
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
- Home Fragrance Products (Candles, Incense, Soy Wax Squeezers)
If you are not satisfied with your unused and unopened home fragrance products, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. - Custom & Sale Items
All custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and inspecting our products before shipment, but in the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide clear photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.
- Once approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued in the form of store credit unless otherwise approved by management.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

At Wildwood Reiki of Tennessee, we strive to provide a tranquil and healing experience for each client. To ensure the best service for all, we have established the following appointment and cancellation policies:
Scheduling & Appointments
- All sessions are by appointment only. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time for check-in and relaxation before your session.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to avoid overlapping with the next scheduled client.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we do our best to accommodate schedule changes. However, to respect the time and energy of both our practitioners and clients, we enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy:
- Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: A cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged.
- No-Show Appointments: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule their appointment once without penalty if done with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling within less than 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a 50% session fee charge unless it is due to an emergency, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Emergency Situations

Payment & Fees
- Payment is due at the time of service.
