Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery Times
We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method at checkout:

  • First-Class Mail: 3-5 business days
  • Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
  • Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days

Please note that these are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed by USPS.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be noted on our website when available.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Elk of Stonebridge Galleria is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for assistance. However, if you need additional help, feel free to reach out to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can assist you.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
